Our company operates out of Australia. To provide our service, your data is processed and stored on secure servers located in the United States, utilizing infrastructure from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Supabase.

We achieve this by using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as a safeguard for data transferred outside the EEA.
4. Use of AI Models
We use foundational AI models from third-party providers to deliver our analysis services. We do not use your personal data or uploaded videos to train these AI models. Your data is only sent to these providers to generate the specific analysis you request, and our agreements with them prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes or for training their models.

We do not sell your personal data. We will not share your data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: To our cloud hosting providers (GCP, Supabase) and AI model providers who process data on our behalf to help us operate our service.

Player and Analysis Data, including uploaded videos, will be retained for the duration of your active subscription before being securely deleted.
